A Winning Market
The Bozeman housing market has remained largely insulated from the problems seen in other parts of the country. Here are a few reasons Amsterdam Village has the potential to generate an excellent return on your investment.

Who's Reserving and Why
As of the end of October 2007, Prudential Mountain Real Estate* had advance reservations for 39 lots at Amsterdam Village, 37 single family homes and 2 townhomes. These reservations represent 4.5 million dollars in lot value.

According to Broker Carla Dingman, 40% of these advance reservations are individual investors while 60% are individuals who plan to build their homes there. According to Dingman, "Virtually all of the reservation holders are there because of the "green" nature of the project." *Note: The realtor agreement with Prudential is temporary and non-exclusive.

Location, Location, Location
One reason the Bozeman market remains stable is the popularity of this small town's location and great quality of life amenities. The rest of the world is starting to take notice.

Voted #1 Dream Town
Bizjournals.com picked Bozeman as the ultimate "Dream Town" in 2006--edging out Jackson, Wyoming--based on quality of life.

Voted 2007 Best Place to Retire
In 2007, US News & World Report named Bozeman a Best Place to Retire. US News & World Report's described Bozeman as "a mecca to vacationers and tech-industry workers, along with retirees looking for peace, quiet, culture, community, and the great outdoors." find out more…
