The community design is centered around the theme of providing each building with ample open space. Lot sizes vary from townhome lots (duplex) to 1/3-acre lots, yet each lot borders a minimum of 100 feet of common area space. In fact, the entire site contains no less than 50 percent open space.
The result of this common area and open space will be that the community appears, and indeed is, less dense. Substantial open space is provided behind every lot, and every home opens onto a trail system. This dispersed open space provides for a spectacular
viewshed to the surrounding mountain ranges.
