While the community is only 16 miles from downtown Bozeman and 7 miles from Manhattan, creative transportation alternatives are important in the project vision. Amsterdam Village will operate a ride-share program that will provide car pooling into Bozeman, Belgrade and Manhattan. This transportation program has the potential to utilize a small fleet of hybrid vehicles as well as providing Amsterdam Village residents a rebate on the purchase of a Toyota and/or GM hybrid vehicle.
